The current rates
November through end of February - $400 per night, plus 16% tax (GST, PST, MRDT) - 3 night minimum stay
October, and March through end of May - $450 per night, plus 16% tax (GST, PST, MRDT) - 3 night minimum stay
June and September - $500 per night, plus 16% tax (GST,PST,MRDT) - 3 night minimum stay
July and August - $550 (7 night minimum), plus 16% tax (GST, PST, MRDT), plus $150 cleaning fee. Weekly rental only, Friday to Friday
** Please note: High season rates ($550 per night) apply to long weekends and holidays throughout the year
